Yes, you can reserve a container in advance for both self-storage and container rental with delivery.
No, you don’t need to be present on-site on the first day of the container rental. You will receive entry credentials and the container number, allowing you to visit the site at your convenience.
After the rental period ends, the customer transitions to a subscription model with an indefinite duration. To end the rental according to the agreement, you need to cancel the subscription.
This cannot be done through the system. In such cases, please contact the relevant branch directly.
To cancel a subscription, go to the user panel. Then navigate to the rental details. There you will find a button to cancel your subscription.
Depending on the payment model selected (monthly, 3-month, 6-month), different amounts are charged. If you choose to pay upfront for 3 or 6 months, the monthly price will be lower than in the case of recurring monthly payments.
