No, you don’t need to be present at the branch to rent a container. All formalities can be completed electronically or by contacting our sales representative by phone.
After the rental period ends, the customer transitions to a subscription model with an indefinite duration. To end the rental according to the agreement, you need to cancel the subscription.
This cannot be done through the system. In such cases, please contact the relevant branch directly.
To cancel a subscription, go to the user panel. Then navigate to the rental details. There you will find a button to cancel your subscription.
Depending on the payment model selected (monthly, 3-month, 6-month), different amounts are charged. If you choose to pay upfront for 3 or 6 months, the monthly price will be lower than in the case of recurring monthly payments.
